Lydia Weatherly

Musical Theatre Director & Theatre Camp

Lydia is pursuing a degree in theatre education and musical theatre at Trevecca Nazarene University in Tennessee. She is on staff at Adonai Arts Academy in Nashville serving as assistant director for Finding Nemo Jr., tech for Frozen Jr. and producer for The Importance of Being Earnest. Her stage credits include the Stepmother for the Trevecca Theatre production of Into The Woods, Sandy for the Union County High School production of Grease and Mrs. Darling for the High Springs Playhouse production of Peter Pan. During high school at Belmont Academy, Lydia founded the Practically Perfect Party Company, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit while performing characters for community and private events.

Sheree Vann

Producer

As a longtime resident of Lake City, Sheree brings extensive experience and a strong sense of community to her role as Producer. Previously a Fixed Bridge Maintenance Administrator with the Florida Department of Transportation, she has a background in ensuring the safety and stability of infrastructure. Known for her compassion and hospitality, she is a dedicated leader in her church’s Heart & Hands ministry. Sheree plays a key role in connecting Practically Perfect Performing Arts with the community, enriching both the arts and the people they serve.

Glen Weatherly

Pastor & Producer

Glen’s professional entertainment journey began with training in a summer program at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in California. He then worked over three years as a background actor in Los Angeles, appearing in iconic television and movies like Frasier, Beverly Hills 90210, Cheers, Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Full House, Lethal Weapon, Seinfeld, Wayne’s World and more. He also enjoyed a special trip to Atlanta for Cobra Kai. Glen is a former member of the Screen Actors Union and was an actor at the Enchanted Forest outdoor theatre in Oregon. Now in ministry for the past 29 years, he serves as pastor at Lake City Nazarene Church.

Tavia Weatherly

Art Curator & House Manager

Tavia holds an Associate of Arts degree with a concentration in photography and has always had a deep passion for both art and history. Her artistic journey included a summer study abroad program at the Prado Museum through the University of Madrid, where she further honed her understanding and appreciation of fine art. Tavia now channels her love for photography into preserving family memories, capturing moments that tell meaningful stories. Tavia’s greatest joy has been raising four creative children, supporting and nurturing their artistic pursuits. She is also a dedicated partner in ministry alongside her husband of 30 years.

Jaron Weatherly

Film Camp Director

Jaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema and Television from Regent University, where he also worked as a creative coordinator for marketing and social media. He is employed with Kingdom Story Company in Franklin, TN, contributing to films like Jesus Revolution, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever and the upcoming I Can Only Imagine 2. In his spare time, Jaron writes, produces, directs and edits short films through his company, Attic Orpheum. He brings a strong blend of creativity and expertise to live action and animation projects.

Evan Weatherly

Industrial Design Camp Director

Evan is a passionate product designer who grew up surrounded by creativity, building intricate structures with LEGO, sculpting, and honing his skills through various art classes. This early love for design led him to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Innovative and Industrial Design at the International Center for Creativity in Dublin, Ohio. During college, Evan gained invaluable experience as the Lead CAD Designer/Engineer at Recman USA, where he played a key role in designing high-quality knives and other EDC gear. Today, he applies his expertise as a Product Designer - CAD Technician at Rogue Fitness, contributing to the development of innovative and functional fitness equipment from the company's headquarters. His journey from LEGO creations to cutting-edge design is a testament to his commitment to precision, functionality, and creativity.

Ethan Weatherly

Worship Band Camp Director

Ethan completed a one year program of bible study, ministry and camp training at Word of Life Bible Institute. He was a lead vocalist and acoustic guitar player for chapel, winter and summer camps and toured the southeast with the Overflow Band. Ethan is the Worship & Youth Director at Lake City Nazarene Church and on staff at Camp Kulaqua. He has additional experience as a resident assistant and kids camp activities director. He was a standout athlete, helping his high school soccer team win a divisional championship.
